Can anyone ID this 30-06 ammo?

I ran across some 30-06 ammo while I was cleaning, and I have no clue what it is. It's ball ammo, stamped with 'IK' and '.30-06' on the bottom. The primer is funky looking, and is sealed with a pinkish-red color. It looks like this stuff was in links, because the brass is real dirty for about 1" starting at the bottom of the shoulder. The bullet has no cannalure where it meets the brass.

Any ideas? Is this stuff corrosive?

Thanks.

The only thing I've got in my references with IK is Yugoslavian made, at the Igman plant in Konjic.

Whether that is correct or not, I have no idea.

If the ammo maker & origin is unknown, treat as if it is corrosive.
