I believe the brand is Weigand and it is a a non-tap method of mounting a picatinny rail on a Redhawk revolver. It utilises a clamp over the barrel and a single mounting point where the adjustable rear-sight is normally secured.
I think they are no longer made.
I don't want to buy used simply because buying used from abroad I think is a bit of a gamble (unless it is through eBay).
I have no idea if a stockist would ship outside the US, but I I don't know who stocks them in the first place, then I'll never be able to ascertain if they ship abroad or not!!
Any ideas?
