Can Anybody Identify this gun?

The picture of this shotty is just... too alluring to pass up. My one change would be a folding stock.


Also, anybody know off hand of the legality (especially in california) of a shotgun like this?

It looks like an a rem 870. Button saftey, at the rear of the trigger guard, slide release up front. They have a lot of after market stuff for the 870, legality in any state than MI, I do not know.

For Kommifornia it has way too many mods on it, your only allowed two per rifle, shotgun, ect.. And folding stocks are just a big NO,NO!
I find it odd they considered these laws and passed them, but there ya go.

Hollowpnt, you can do anything to a pump shotgun as long it has a barrel length of 18in and I can't remember the legal OAL.

Tac-light and Sidesaddle are worthwhile mods. A pistol grip without a stock on a shotgun makes a VERY specialized weapon.
