Can a barrel be sleeved

I don't seem to get much response but I'll try again. I really want to try a .32 or .36 M/L The only ones available seem to be beyond my means unless I were to find the maligned Spanish varieties. Is it possible or economical to have a NEF for instance sleeved to a smaller caliber?

Small bore

There is a company that is making reproduction Hopkins & Allen underhammers, they make a .36, the price is , or was a few months ago, $250, with 2 lbs of balls or conical bullets, plus shipping.
I have a H&A from the '60's,it is a .36 and does very well for small game, with my home made hollow base conicals ,I get less than 3/4x3/4" at 25 yds with open sights and my poor eyes.
Just search for "underhammer rifles".
Don :)

Bobby Hoyt of Der Frieschutz Shop in Pennsylvania can sleeve a barrel for you. However, it's not cheap and it'll only be worth it if you don't want to spend the $ on a new barrel that has to be fitted to an existing stock.
