Here's a way we can keep the now-famous pic of Elian fresh in the public's mind all the way to November. Find a news site that has the pic of the INS stormtrooper shoving his MP5 into the face of the man holding Elian in the closet, download it and print out a few dozen copies with the blurb printed underneath it: "Al Gore...for President??"
And post them all over your town as the election draws closer.
We can't give these facist bullies another 4 years to steal away our rights.
 
RikRiter: way ahead of you, pal. Last night, while watching the news, I had an idea for a poster for gun shops and gun shows utilizing that photo. Headline is, "If Clinton/Gore will go this far to grab a kid, how far will they go to grab your guns? Defeat Gore 2000."

Whatcha think?
 
Good ideas, looks like I have a reason to go buy some ink for my printer now.

If anyone here does editorial cartoons, how about a cartoon version of the pic, but instead of the fisherman holding Elian, have Lady Liberty holding him?
 
Don't know about Lady Liberty, but does someone know of a download source for a high-res version of the Photo? I want to go ahead and print up some posters, but a 33K
image isn't going to cut it.
