Bans that is on things like bicycles...In 1997, 813 persons were killed and an estimated 567,000 persons were injured badly enough to need emergency department care as a result of bike crashes in the United States....and on heat.... In the summer of 1980, a severe heat wave hit the United States, and nearly 1,700 people lost their lives from heat-related illness. ...and Football!... Each year, more than 150,000 football players under age 15 seek treatment for injuries in hospital emergency rooms.
and...Gymnastics...Hospital emergency departments treat more than 25,000 injured gymnasts under age 15 each year...and HALLOWEEN!!...
Most people think of Halloween as a time for fun and treats. However, roughly four times as many children aged 5-14 are killed while walking on Halloween evening compared with other evenings of the year...and BASKETBALL!!!..Each year, more than 200,000 young people under age 15 are treated for basketball-related injuries in hospital emergency departments. ...AND BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL!!!... Each year, more than 125,000 baseball and softball players under age 15 are injured badly enough to seek treatment in hospital emergency departments...AND MOTORCYCLES!!!..(TAMARA)..Approximately 2,000 motorcyclists are killed, and more than 50,000 are injured in traffic crashes each year..AND TEENAGE DRIVING...!!In 1998, 5,606 teenagers died of injuries caused by motor vehicle crashes...AND PLAYGROUNDS!!!..Every two-and-a-half minutes a child is injured on a playground in the United States...AND SKATING...!Each year, more than 100,000 people are treated in hospital emergency departments for injuries related to in-line skating, and nearly 40,000 seek emergency treatment for skateboarding injuries...AND PLAYING AROUND WATER!!!!In 1996, nearly 1,000 children younger than 15 years of age drowned in the United States....MAN...I wanna know why our elected officials are not out there getting all these horrible instruments of death off our streets!!!

It is a proven fact that breathing oxygen for prolonged periods of time is the number one cause of death on earth.
 
JRR, I'm sorry but you're wrong. It's all the SCHTUPID people sucking up the good air and breathing out the bad that is killing us. We must ban the mouth breathers! They're breathing our air and we must stop them!

You don't quite have the doublespeak down. What you said is provably false. (Breathing o2 did not kill all those people.)

BUT,

Lets rephrase what you said....

Every person who died this year inhaled the same substance. Should we ban this obviously dangerous item?

Now of course everyone who died was breathing. So were the living, but that isn't the message you wanted to share...

See how easy that is?

Now for your homework, try writing your own using water instead of oxygen.

Oxygen is a proven corrosive element and when combined with hydrogen is known to degenerate certain substances under the right conditions to an incredible degree as to render them unsafe or unusable. Also it has been known to significantly reduce life spans within a very short time period if improperly taken into the human system, especially among children under the age of 6. Alone oxygen is a important contributor to the phenomena of combustion. It is my belief that without this element that there would be a incredible decline in the number of dwellings destroyed by fire and also a huge reduction in the loss of our natural resources due to forest fires. Maybe we should consider banning oxygen, if not for the ecology then aleast DO IT FOR THE CHILDREN! ;) ;) ;)

Ban Grout buckets!!!!!

we should show up at every MMM rally with flag, fife and grout bucket drummers!

More kids under five drown in grout buckets than are killed by gun violence

This is one tact i think might work at the Montgomery county fair ground

Ban Home improvement shows on county property!

It's about time for some common sense laws to eliminate that problem.
I'll eradicate the rust problem once, & for all, and it'll make sense to Gore,,,,, as a matter of fact, it'll eradicate him too.
