Calling all Makarovs! Ever seen this?

Today I was at the gun show snooping around and looking for deals on ammo when I came across something I had never seen before. There were several boxes of a brand called "Silver Bear" or " Bearcreek Silver" or something with a bear on it. There was a black and silver box with a bear logo on it. On the side it said 9x18 Makarov/ New Police and reported to be 120 grain.
120 grain(?!)
Anybody ever seen this kind of stuff before? There were huge signs everywhere telling me not to open the box and there was a particularly large, heavily jowled and heavily armed woman frowning at me across the table so I obeyed the signs.
Anyone have any experience with it?

its made by Novosibirsk its real crap.Their green box LVE is much better. The silver bear comes with strange grain The 9mm luger is 145grIve heard nothing but bad things about Silver bear.
I like the Barnaul 95 and the LVE dont care much for Wolf either

I have seen different dimensions posted for 9mm Police and 9mm Makarov but the box said "NEW Police". I have never seen Makarov called "New Police" and found that curious.

New Police is usually a term used to describe Colt's rendition of the .38 Smith & Wesson cartridge.

The New Police had a flat-tipped 150-gr. bullet, while the Super Police had a flat tipped 200-gr. bullet.

The 9mm Police, or 9mm Ultra, uses a .355-dia. bullet.
