One of GCO's newest members, Andy Johnson, has started an online petition in favor of the House Amendment to HB 89. It literally takes only 15 seconds to sign, and Mr. Johnson informed GCO that he will personally deliver it to Rep. Bearden's office in the next few days. Mr. Johnson asks that you please distribute the link to as many people as you can, via email and posting on internet fora, in addition to signing it yourself.

Basically, it increases the amount of places that a Georgia Firearm License holder can carry their weapon and it does away with the vague and dangerous "Public Gathering Law" that endangers the freedom of law abiding concealed weapon carriers in Georgia.
