California electoral vote to come out of Gore column?

Just heard FL Rep. Scarborough on Hannity and Colmes state that Cali election officials are recommending that Cali come out of the Gore column until 1 million absentee ballots can be counted.

Any other sources confirm this?

Sorry, the fellow idiots of my state gave the electoral vote to Gore, and I don't think there is a chance in hell of that happening. The split was 53-45 or something, so unless those Million voted for Bush, it ain't gonna happen.
