This will be fun to watch.

The exceptions that allow you to carry-being famous, carry large sums of money and so forth mean that the rich get to carry but the rest of the people can be barred...

This seems to fly in the face of Heller.

Wonder if the plaintiffs are going to directly appeal this fo SCOTUS or let the issue simmer for a while?

'Good Cause' is an anti-gunners dream, expect voter initiatives about this in some states, like here in Washington. They can demagogue the issue and ram it through the voters.

This decision only applies to California for now?
To affect any of the other states in the 9th circuit jurisdiction , wouldn't they have to pass a similar restriction?

if you cannot conceal carry, then you must open carry; so get a decent holster. the scotus already ruled that the right to keep AND bear arms is an individual right.
