California carry laws

It depends in which county you live. Some are almost shall issue while others only issue to contributers to the Sheriff's campaign fund.:rolleyes:
 
Somewhere around here was a map of Kali, with concealed carry stuff. I know the Martinez police chief, Dave Cutia, and he never issues them. Likewise Walnut Creek hasn't issued one in 28 years.

I want to move to the coast, and the only county that's reasonable is Orange, in the LA SD area, or, the way North coast areas, and you have to make sure you end up in the right one.
