cabellas rolling block 50

It is made by Pedersoli. I own one and love it. I wanted an in-line for hunting, but like the looks of older guns. This gun met both requirements. The gun is very accurate and well made - like all of Pedersoli's guns.

I'm sure you know, but the orginal rolling blocks were breach loading cartridge guns designed to compete with the Sharps. Pedersoli added a breach plug with a musket nipple at the breach end, making a breach loading cartridge gun into a front stuffer.

Send me an email if you have any other questions I'd be happy to answer them.

cjc, I agree, I have a Uberti repro of the Remington calvary rolling block pistol in 45 cal and it's the nicest gun. Great looks, superb craftsmanship and a balance that is comparable with firearms three times the price.
