Cabela's Edition Mossberg 500

I came across this blued/walnut Mossberg 500 on the Cabela's website. Cabela's claims that it is an exclusive. I've got to say that it looks a heck of a lot nicer that the Mossbergs I've seen at WalMart.

Has anyone seen one of these in person? Is Cabela's the only place you can get one?

It looks like a variant of the Mossberg Model # 50126. I think the #50126 is a bit nicer , as it has a jeweled bolt and gold trigger. These would be hard to find as I think as they were a special edition.

Looks like Cabela's contracted pretty much the same gun as above, just minus the jeweled bolt and gold trigger. Looks nice.

 

[Nickel Plated]

Looks like a regular 500 Classic to me. Mossberg decided to make the 500 more "high society" and gussied it up with a jeweled bolt, nicer bluing and wood and a gold trigger. Im pretty sure that's what that special Cabella's gun is. Looks nice, but still just another 500 under all the polish.

I'm wondering if they could've added a metal safety switch and metal trigger group, and still kept the price under $400? That would definitely have me driving to my nearest Cabela's today!
