CAB Designs Windage Wheel

The Sierra Bullets Website ((in their articles section) mentions the CAB Designs Windage Wheel but the link seems to be broken and Google is giving me the run around.
I found some mentions of free down loadable files but keep getting dead ends.
Does anyone know if it's still available?
 
It looks like that outfit is out of business, but no fears, there are other ways to find wind drift. Check out this link for old-fashioned paper charts that you can get online.

Or, you can get an app for your phone that will calculate wind drift. Personally, I'd just print a chart and tape it to my stock.
