CA gun sales

We have this M.Mouse law in California that requires a bunch of special tests be passed for any gun dealer to offer for sale a handgun. However, it's not illegal to own, buy or sell a non-compliant gun between private parties (Yet). My question is, is there a newsletter, web site or whatever, where private parties may advertise their non-complying guns? I know that these sales must be processed through a FFL, but how do I find out who has (some non-compliant gun)?
 
go to the calguns.net forums and look under what they have for sale in the market place.

Usually there is some interesting stuff at a good price.
