(CA) CZ 75B finish?

Since I can't get a CZ 75B in Satin Nickel in Kalifornia and CZ-USA said they are not going to make the effort to get one placed on the "approved list" , will I be happy with the polished blue or polymer finish durability?

Which one of these two is best? Polished or Polymer?

Thanks

My preference is for the polymer finish. 4 of my 5 modern CZs are finished in the polymer finish. Low maintenance and durable.

Ahh, but the high polish blue is sooooo beeeuutiful!

As you're in California (sorry 'bout that) and can't carry it, I'd go for the blue. If you're gonna carry it or give it any hard use, I'd go for the polymer.

Thanks for the help. They both have their good points no doubt. I won't be carrying it. Decisions, decisions. :)

Russ,
If it makes you feel any better I am in the same boat as you. I can't decide between polymer or blue. I can get a really good deal on one with a polymer finish but I really wanted the purdy blue one.

The blue is much more pretty than the polymer but after some use and wear the poly will look much prettier. It is much more durable and rust resistant.

fyi

the polymer is put on top of a nice park job so you get 2 count em 2 durable finishes in one gun.
Just something for you to think about. -ddt
