Obtaining a CCW permit in CA is very difficult in many jurisdictions. I have been successful in helping citizens get approved. I offer my expertise and advice FREE of CHARGE to anyone who needs help with the CA process. I have many excellent "good cause" statements that can be used for that purpose. Thanks, will keep in mind. I figured you had to hire a lawyer if denied and have him argue that the county has issued before for the very reason you put down on your app. Such as self defence. Which everyone knows that those issued to (judges and politicians) would use such reasoning. Never really thought there were that many other reasons. Went to class at frontsight nevada and sure like there laws better than the ones in San Bernardino County.

Yep, Dennis is for real. On my site, he's got a document up titled "Dennis Kennedy's Guide to Good Cause", with examples of the sorts of things he does...which is maximize the effect and "professionalism" of your "good cause for issuance" statement without ever lying or advising you to lie. That page also has his full set of contact info, home page addy, EMail, etc.

His bit is in the white table under "Tools", I'm also linked in there to his home page plus there's another link to that under "links" :).

He's particularly knowledgable about the SoCal law enforcement/CCW scene.
