C&R Romanian 1969

I have seen tha Romanian M1969 22 cal. advertised as a C&R elegible. I looked in the C&R list and was not able to find it. Is this rifle really covered under Curio and Relics?
 
I bought 10 of them a year ago and EVERY one of them were tack drivers. Deadly accurate. I hit and egg at 200 yards on a bet at the range a few weeeks ago. They gave me 3 shots and I got it on the second.
Put one of those Bushnell air gun scopes with the target turrents on it, (sportview I think), and you will have a mini sniper rifle. Awesome rifle(s) for $39 ea.
