C&R question.

When someone buys a gun with a C&R license does the C&R holder have to be there to sign for it or can someone else like there wife sign for it fi they are at work
 
Your question is vague. Do you mean when the gun is shipped to your address? If so, any adult can sign the UPS slip.
 
Alright thanks guys. didnt mean to be vague. Im applying for my C&R but i work 6 days a week so i was wondering if my wife could sign for the stuff i order
