C+R license

I sent a request for a C+R license packet to the ATF. I have some questions.

If I buy a gun under the C+R license, what do I need to do if I decide to sell it to a non-license holder?

I understand I can not use it for business puposes. How long should I keep a gun I decide I don't want before I sell it? Can I make a profit?

Do I need to get a few 4473's and a password for the background check system?

How much better are the prices from distributors for both the C+R guns and non related items like from Midway?

You sell it as you would any other firearm you own, with one exception: you cannot sell a handgun to anyone under the age of 21.

EDIT: You must, of course, properly log it out of your bound book.

There is no published or stated time one must retain a firearm before sale. You may make a profit. You may sell fairearms to improve your collection. It is the BATF, however, that makes the determination on whether you have stepped over an unseen line from collector to dealer. Be careful. Be very careful.

These are the tools of a dealer. Do you really want to give the appearance of a dealer?

As an example, SOG currently lista Yugo SKS's with prices ranging from $119 for a shooter grade to $149 for excellent condition w/accessories. I haven't shopped much at Midway lately but the discount, as I recall, seems to be variable and run from 5% to 15% over regular prices. I think regular sale and closeout prices can be lower than the discount prices.
