I know the distance between BZO and actual zero. A BZO is a battle sight zero which is a field expedient zero at a short distance and should be adjusted at the actual zero when available. In the corps, we used 36 yards for 300 and we adjusted at 300 yards when we got access to the 300 yard range. I know the zero distances for 5.56mm depending on your preferences. 36yd=300, 25m=300, ibzo 50=200, and so on.
Is there a crossover distance for a .308 or 7.62x51?
I have a friend coming over with a .308 and we only have access to a 50 yard range.
