Byron Smith is a man accused of First Degree Murder for shooting and killing two teens that broke into his house.
The Prosecution contends that Smith is guilty of Murder One because he set himself up in his basement, armed himself and waited for the teens to Break In.
The prosecution also contends that Smith used excessive force by continuing to shoot his victims after they were incapacitated and the "Threat" was gone. The man Brady was shot 3 times, the Woman was shot 6 times.
