You are right that is how it used to be, you could buy a pre-ban and put folder on it OR hider OR bayo mount that is why M1AS that were for sale new last year had the b-mount machined off but still had the hider and detachable mag while the pre ban had all that plus the mount. Its all BS when you get down to it.

Do you really think that we want those laws to be observed? We want them broken. We're after power and we mean it. There's no way to rule innocent men.
