Buying dilemma

I am wanting to buy some new but I am unsure of the route i should take. I have it somewhat narrowed down between a Winchester 30-30, Shikara 45-70, NAA 22lr mini revolver, or a Heritage Rough Rider convertible. I want a heavy brush gun with knockdown power less than 100 yards for whitetail and I also want a 22 revolver to load cci shotshells as pest control but i do not know which route to go first. I have a 22 semi with shotshells that turns into a single shot and a 30-06 carbine that is an heirloom that I do not care much for so some guidance would be appreciated. All of the guns named are in used condition locally except the NAA with the Winchester having surface rust but they all fall into the same relative price range.

1/Winchester model 94, great brush gun and really fun to shot.
2/As for a 22 handgun personally I'd go for a Ruger single 6 in 22 I find the mini revolvers unwieldy in my hand.

I'd go with a S&W model 18, or model 63 22LR revolver. Both are great! If you want a newer model with the lock, then the Model 617 gets good marks generally.
