Buyers Remorse

I just bought my first gun (870P) and I'm thinking I should have gone with the 11-87P with ghost sights. What do you guys think.

Why do you think you should have gone with the 11-87? You can add ghost ring sights to your 870 quite easily, and the total cost should still be less than for the 11-87.

Not enough info....

I think you're talking about the Remington 870?

Not a good sniper or varmit rifle. Also not a good handgun.

However, it's an excellent choice in shotgun :D

I own an 870 and it's a real workhorse and excellent for nearly any HD scenario and is a good short distance hunting shotgun too. Longer barrels are $100 for longer range hunting.

Besides, it was probably $300 or less. Like I tell my friends when ordering dinner at a restaurant when they cannot decide; "It's not your last meal!"

Same is true with this. It's not your last gun purchase. It's just one for your new collection. Save up and buy something new soon.

I sold my 1187P with grings and ended up buring the 870P 20" with rifle sights. Just had Wilson Grings added and speed feed 4 stock set. I love it and it shoots well.... but

I wish I had my 1187P :)

There's really nothing the 870 can't do.

Best, Coop

I think I like the idea of being able to fire off rounds without having to pump. I watched a guy at the range firing his 11-87P and it looked so fun.

If you really want that 11-87 you might see if you can return the 870 and eat the 15% restocking fee or whatever if they will take it back.

Don't settle if it's not what you want. If this is a gun for fun/collecting then you should feel passionately about it. :)
