Bushnell Holographic sight Vs. Eotech

I am looking at these Holographic sights. It is my undertanding that they are made by Eotech but they sell for about $100 cheaper. It looks like the AA version has been discountinued and only the N battery version is avaiable.

Anyone own one? How do they compare to the Eotech. Is the Eotech worth the extra $100?
 
They are made by the same manufacturer. The only difference is that the EOTech is armored around the reticle housing and the buttons are different. I have a Bushnell on my AR and it is fine. I am not going to be carrying that rifle into combat so I don't need $100 worth of armor on my optic.
