It ain't just the Brits that have crowned Dubya. I detect a slight change in attitude by the Chattering Class when it comes to assessing Dubya. Only time will tell, I suspect Gore's people know its all over. If this is true, look for the unions to shift spending to congressional elections to retain some element of power in DC.

I'm gonna keep posting this so please bear with me. I don't want any TFLers to feel like it's over. Please vote, make sure people you know go and vote, and drive people to the polls if you've got to. Every single vote for Bush is desperately needed in this election.

NAACP, Unions, Gore, the press, and the Dems are pressing hard for Gore. It is almost all out. The only hitch is the press seems embarassed to be more blantant, but they are. If Gore makes up 2 point in a 5 point Bush lead, it could cause the electoral win for Gore.
Detroit Press endorsed BUSH !! Saying Gore's enviroment policies (aka wackiness) would cost MI jobs.

Gore would stagnate the economy like a brackish pond.
He would increase environmental regs, confiscate land, increase the gas tax, and make assinine requirements of the auto industry.
Not to mention that despite his campaign promises he will raise your income taxes, ala Clinton. (we will all have to sacrifice)

Great link about Baldwin's threat.
Assuming Bush wins, I hope someone can get (and post) his personal/manager's/studio's website or e-mail addy. Then we can all let him know that we don't want the door to hit him in the ass on the way out.
