Al Gore 19% =7,398.79 people

This is 4:1 ratio for Bush! I hope we see a similar ratio in Nov as this is my first election to participate in! :D

Edit=Grrr...was typing to fast! Should be "beating" not "betting"

Yes, it'd be mighty good to see Al "Little Willie" Gore whupped like this in November and sent packing with his tail between his legs. :D

Gore needs to be humiliated, not just defeated. Then we might see some common-sense defections to our side by some of the Dems. might also cause some chaos in the left-leaning media. wouldn't that be fun?
Too early for overconfidence tho- the worst/best is yet to come. this election will be like no other in our lifetime.
so say the voices in my head

This election will be like nother since the 1940's when Roosevelt was elected. If Al Gore is elected :(: I am afraid to think what will happen in and to this country. I also can't help noticing the media spin, they are trying their hardest to get Al Bore " I mean Al Gore" elected.

Along these lines, Clinton is looking extremely stupid today for vetoing the "marriage tax penalty" elimination measure - his only stated reason for denying this miniscule tax cut is "it will cut into the projected surpluses, and we can't have that until they actually materialize." The Repubs really did a number on him on this one in my view, because it seems like one of those things that "who in Moses's name could possibly be against it?" Hopefully this will rub off on Algore.

Kingcreek - "Gore needs to be humiliated,
. . . ". Boy, I like that phrase. Hopefully he'll be ground down so bad it will take the Left years to recover. They WILL recover because of some RINOs, but at least we will have a chance to undo some of clinton's
"legacy".

BTW, I heard Gore referred to as "The Spotted Al". Hoot!

Boys and Girls Gore is not out of it yet. Media is against us. In fact Katie Curic was saying how nasty Cheney's speech was. To the credit of the other guy, he pointed out Gore gave same speech.

I did see Gore at some Police org on C-Span. He look so uncomfortable and unsincere it was horrible. If he keeps that up, it's in the bag. Cheney and Bush were next. Cheney sounded a little off and I had to go, so I didn't see Bush.

Gore is going to get a bounce and then there is the debates. It will be easy to attack Bush and fall back on the Economy. That is a powerful combo for Hoot Al.

Mean-spirited Democrats

As for me, I'm about to head to local G.W. HQ and get some stuff and volunteer.

Seconding Madison.
The Democrats have an impressive machine, and they treat politics as war. This is not over till the day after the election. I REALLY hope that Bush's team keep on their toes.

Larry Flynt is right. You guys stink!!!

If you believe in polls.... Bush got as much as an 11-point bounce from the convention. If Gore gets the same, Bush is still ahead.

The Bush picture was postive. If Gore goes negative (what else does that treestump know?), it could hurt him.

I really like the corner that Gore's been painted into. Let's hope he stays there.

Futo Inu, did you notice something especially odorous about Clinton's remarks concerning the marriage tax? He said the bill was fiscally irresponsible. Yet, he offered to sign it if the Republicans passed his prescription drug plan. So, is he willing to sign a bill that is "fiscally irresponsible" to get what he wants, or is the bill not "fiscally irresponsible?" It can't be both.
