Burris xtr ii options and customer service

I bought a Burris mtac 1.5-6 for my ar-10. When I got it mounted, I hit the range and after 10 rounds it had particles all in it. After not being able to return it from where I bought it, I sent my brand new scope into Burris for repair. When I got it back three months later, it was twice as worse as when I sent it in... Long story short, I called extremely frustrated and the manager there said he would send me an XTR ii to replace it for my trouble/time/fees/insurance/shipping/ etc etc

I'm not sure what model of the xtr ii I am getting but anything is better than the mtac I had. Has anyone had an xtr ii and I was wondering if I was getting a quality optic? It seems to be an upgrade from the mtac I had and I'm really excited to recieve it and try it out

Please let me know what yall think about the xtr ii line of scopes!

The XTR II is an excellent piece of equipment...easily better than the MTac, and I like the MTac. I have an XTR II 5-25, and have been thoroughly impressed.
 
Interested in XTR II

I have an XTR and am quit interested in a 5-25x XTR II.

Can you guys post a review and/or pics of your XTE II's?
