Lee .45 caliber R.E.A.L. bullets work pretty good in a ROA. Prelube the grooves with the lube of your choice and wrap them in little strips of Saran wrap like Tootsie Rolls and you can carry them in your pocket. When it's time to load, squeeze the bullets out of their wrappers as you insert them into the chambers and there is no need to put any grease on top of them.

TC Maxi Balls also shoot well out of a ROA but they are so long that you can only use about 25 grains of powder resulting an unsatisfactory low velocity.

Both of these are semi-wadcutters. Loading them backwards turns them into true wadcutters and allows you to use around 5 grains more powder.
