When casting with my RCBS 44-250-K 2 cavity mold, my bullets range between 258gr and 260gr. I use a modified wheel weight alloy (tin and antimony added).
Most of my molds only vary weights by a couple of grains, at most.
I work on the 3% rule& your in that range .
I try to keep everything the same temp , preheat the mold & the little 10#er holds temp alot better since I installed a new thermostat!! & with the isotope alloy I have I run the temp at 775f.
That small batch in the pic thread ran +- .3 grs. from 162 grs. for a 357446 bullet, I was very happy & runnin at 10.5bhn & dropped from the mold at 360" , I have very happy GP100s
