Hi everybody;
Here's a little story about a grip maker many of us know as Buffalo Brothers.
As I had done before, I ordered a set of grips for a Second Generation Colt SAA, paid for them and sat back to await their arrival. Well, in just about a week and a half I had my grips. What terrific service that is.
After opening the package I found them to be far better looking than the little picture that was shown on their WebSite. Not only were they a good looking set, but were figured even better than I had thought. The paperwork/invoice that came with the grips indicated the grip number I had ordered but it didn't indicate which generation Colt SAA they were for so I sent them an email to ask if they could help.
I got an email back almost right away from Lois who told me that after looking at my order, and the item number that I'd selected, she said she substituted another item number because what I had originally ordered would most likely be too small to fit the Colt SAA I had ordered them for.
Now, I know there are other good grip makers out their but I think the service I got from Buffalo Brothers was just outstanding in that they (Lois) took the time to correct my error rather than just send what I'd ordered. She saved me time, and money with not having to return them.
So, ladies and gentlemen, I thought what they did for me warranted this little "story/plug" about Buffalo Brothers grips.
