Buds Gun Shop shipping time?

I ordered a handgun from Bud's on Gunbroker and the auction ended on 7/19. I received an email from them on 7/21 saying they had received my payment and FFL. I received another email on 7/25 saying my order had been moved to their shipping department and I would receive another email when the item shipped. Now it's 8/2 and I've still received no such email and no gun. I tried emailing them with no response. Is this typical of Bud's? I've purchased several firearms through Gunbroker with nothing but excellent results but this is my first experience with Buds. If anyone who's had experience with them could shed some light I'd appreciate it.

I didn't have a problem with shipping on a couple of orders I placed with them.
Did have a different issue...they eventually took care of the problem, but only after I threatened to call BATF...long story. I would do business with them again, but they are very busy for the staff they have and CS is lacking.

I requested a tracking number, which they finally gave me on my last order last month. You can check on line and see status of your order. Half the excitement of a new gun is buying it and waiting to get it. Maybe that is why I buy so many.
Buds Guns are good people just they do a lot of volume.

If this is a gun that they have dropped shipped, there may have been a delay from the distributor or manufacturer. Bud's doesn't stock everything they sell

This ^.

I've bought about a dozen guns from Bud's in the last year or two. All but a couple were from there used section and I had them within 3-4 days. Usually had a notice at the end of the same day that it was shipped and had a UPS tracking number. If nothing else I had it by the end of the following day.

The two that I bought that weren't used (a 3" Ruger SP101 and a Ruger LC9) were in stock at Bud's so I had them just as quick.

Just got off the phone with them. After 2 weeks, they still have it but I was told it would be shipping today (I got the impression they had forgotten about it). The gentleman on the phone seemed a little flustered when he realized how long it's been. At this point, I'm not overly impressed with their operation but we'll see how it goes from here...
