Buckmark Bullseye advice

For the past few weeks I have been considering a cheap, practical 9mm and had settled on a P95 for a range use and home defense. I have a .45, but it is too expensive to shoot a lot, hence the 9mm.

Well... As I was waiting for the guy at the store to tell me what he would charge for the P95 ($369!!!) a noticed this Buckmark Bullseye in the case. It is used, but doesn't look like it has been used much since the finish is unmarred. It has beautiful rosewood grips.

Is price on the Buckmark good. $275.
What should I look for to indicate problems or neglect?
Is the Bullseye more finicky than a stardard Buckmark?

Thanks.

Seems to be a good price.. Check for signs of abuse and if none go for it!.. I'm looking for the exact same pistol to replace the Buckmark I gave my cousin's kid for his high school graduation. If I cam across that deal I'd probably jump on it.. $275 is what one of the local dealers wanted for a Buckmark Standard.. more than the MSRP.. told em it was WAY too much for that particular model.

We just bought one that was second, third, forth, (?) hand but still NIB for $245 for Terri.
Same story basically. We went looking for her a 9mm. Bought a used Taurus at one shop. Left there and went the the drug store. Perscription was not ready. Went to gun shop near by to kill time. Bought Buckmark.
I've created a monster. :)
$275 is a very good price.
