I have found that my new Buckmark likes a cartridge with a "long" bullet.
The perfect example of what I am talking about is the Winchester Super X Target 40 gr cartridge.
The regular copper clad CCI .22 (I believe it was high velocity) just did not feed at all (too short of a bullet), but when I loaded the magazine with a CCI, then a Winchester (the above mentioned type), then another CCI, then a Winchester, etc., everything functioned perfectly.
Which is good, because I thought I had 200 round of useless CCI on my hands.
Which makes me realize how foolish I was to buy as much CCI as I did before I knew what the Buckmark wanted.
Good luck,
Duncan
