Can come in an email WITHOUT being opened?!? One way to avoid is to look at EACH email while in the "Inbox" before deleting, allegedly. This means I will need to drastically reduce the number of emails I receive, because I don't have a half an hour a day to highlight each one, then wait for it to "de-bold" itself as having been read. !@#$%^&* virus creators.

Right now it's a "proof of concept"....i.e a new generation. This one is harmless and not known to be out on the Net. It was sent anonomously to an anti-virus software company to show that it can be done.
Also, the "non-opening" infection is limited to specific programs.

I believe this is targeted at users of Microsoft Outlook. If you use Netscape or another email program, you're better protected.
