The BSA red dot is OK and has horizontal and vertical adjustments for the dot. The dot doesn't have to be in the center, once adjusted. As I said, it's OK for the money.
What it isn't is "sealed". It's not advertised as being "water resistant" and will fog-up. If you foresee fogging as a problem, don't buy this scope. Otherwise, you can get one for ~$40, delivered, vs. ~$400, for something like an Aimpoint.
