I need help !

I have been looking for a red dot scope to replace the small 30mm simmons i have on my ruger 22/45 now. The only one ive found that i like in the price range i want is the BSA brand red dot. Cabelas sells them but only to 40mm. I want the 50mm. Any idea who sells the BSA's?

Thanks in advance.

Tim :)

Try the magizine CHEAPER THAN DIRT

thats where I got my 6 - 24 x 50 variable scope.

on a side line, so far I really like the BSA scope that I have and have had it for about a year.

It's not a 50mm but Natchez has I think, tasco propoint pd5 red dots still. Adjustable, four different size dots 3,5,10 and 15 moa. It's a 35mm tube though. I have the same scope in 7 moa on my s&w 686, it works great. Now comes the good part they're $79.

I agree with railroader. I own Tasco propoint models 2, 3, and 5. They are very good, not perfect, but much better than the BSAs. The 5 is on sale at www.natchezss.com for $79. The last I heard, the Tasco propoint 3 was on sale at J&G for either $59 OR $69. Natchez has outstanding service, J&G (I have heard) does not.

You can get a BSA Red Dot Sight from Midway for $29.99, no tax, no shipping. They seem to be great--I'm having one mounted on my 22/45 as we speak.
