Want to say something nice about a supplier.

I bought a Browning "Buck Mark" reflex sight for my S & W Mod 41. I had been using an older NcStar, identical to the Buck Mark. I had some problems with the Star so bought the Browning model thru Amazon.

It lasted about two weeks, maybe 300 rds, & couldn't maintain Zero. I contacted Browning & no problem. They asked for my address and UPS'd a new site.

Can't see any way to improve that customer service.

Not to often I get a chance to say something nice.

Great to hear YTL...and Wil...that was truly funny...you're right, we're a crabby bunch from time to time. Rod
 
I'd rather they sell a sight that lasts more than 300 rounds, than replace it when it inevitably breaks?
The customer service is great, but report back on how the new sight works, and lasts.
