Browning Buckmark.....Scope?

I have one of these on layaway and will be picking it up in the next couple of weeks. I am curious if it is possible to mount a scope on this pistol. It looks like there are two holes in the top that would accept a scope mount. Also what scope would be the best one for this particular gun. I wasn't interested in a scope until a I shot someone's Ruger Mark II. His has a 2X Leapold(sp?) scope and is extremely accurate and a lot of fun to shoot. We had a competition trying to see who could shoot a 2X2 board in half first. This was the most fun shooting competition I've ever experienced. Gracias.

I have a "red dot" scope on my Buck Mark. I can consistantly hit dime sized targets from a rest at 30-35 yards. It's a lot of fun to shoot. The "red dot" makes target aquistion fast for speed shooting of multiple targets. It's easy to go thru 300-400 rounds in a couple of hours of shooting, but it's so much cheaper than centerfires.

I have a Tasco 2x scope on my Ruger Mk II. Cost about $70 or $80 at wholesalehunter.com.

Works good enough for me; cheaper than Leupold (sp?).

My Buckmark Unlimited came with a rail. You will be able to get one for scope mounting on yours. I've got a Leupold M8 4X (gloss) on mine.
