Worth is a relative concept...essentially its what people are willing to pay for something..the number of people who are willing to pay a a high premium for a NIB belgian BLR are limited to probably Browning collectors.....you may be able to squeeze $800 out for it, but essentially, you are gonna be dusting it off for a long while...
Now if you really want to sell it your gonna have to auction it off, then you are not necessarily (i could be wrong) gonna get what you think its worth. the last Belgian BLR I had, 85% or so, sold for $435 I think at auction, and I generally get top dollar...
Essentially you might get $100 over what a new model would cost
Its just not that desireable a rifle except to a certain limited crowd.
