FYI, Brownells has a number of customer service options. There is phone support, email support, the ability to post questions and receive answers from Brownells on every product using their Q&A system, even a live chat. The forums are a great resource, but don't forget that Brownells goes to some extent to assist their customers and may likely have more knowledge of their products.
