    1. Copying and pasting entire articles from another site to TFL is strictly prohibited. The same applies to articles from print or other media, and to posting photographs taken of copyrighted pages or other media.

    2. Copyright law provides for “fair use” of portions of a copyrighted work. You can copy no more than a SINGLE paragraph from the article to your post (3 or 4 sentences at most).

    3. You must provide a link to the article along with the name of website. For example: ww.xxx.yyy/zzz (The Lower Thumbsuck Daily News).

    4. You must provide, in your own words, a brief summary of the article AND your reasons for believing it will be of interest to TFL members. Failure to do so may result in the thread being closed or your post being deleted as a “cut and paste drive by.”

    5. Photographs and other images are also copyrighted. "Hotlinking" of images (so that it appears in your message) from other sites is also prohibited unless you own rights to the image. If you wish to share an image, provide a clickable link to it.

Posts that do not follow these new guidelines will be altered or deleted by staff. Members who continue to violate this policy may lose their posting privileges at TFL.

For the last two day, I have not seen the brown folder or the bullet holes on the main forum page or topic page. Did you change the format of this site. It make it hard sometime to see where you have been.

Stay with us, 'cuz this is the kind of stuff that's tough (for me) to track. Unfortunately, most people assume it's our deficiency.

First off, colors are a poor way to compare, since we don't know what kind of teminal or video card you have.

At the bottom of the screen you should have two folders and a padlock:
[Folder 1] Contains new posts since the last time you logged on .
[Folder 2] No new posts since the last time you logged on .
[Folder 3] A Closed thread - no new replies accepted.

Describe what you see.

Next, on the page that lists all the Forums, if you're not getting bullet holes and bullseyes, what are you seeing in their place?

Next: here's links to a bullseye and a bullet hole:

Bullseye
Bullet Hole
Can you see 'em.

Finally, Where are you geographically? No need to be specific, but it seems our friends in the Pacific Northwest continue to have problems.

At the bottom of the page I see only:
folder 2 No new posts
folder 3 A closed thread

on the page that lists all forums the boxes where the bullets and targets are. Are empty

live in Anchorage AK

Note: 2 day a go all was working find had all folder, bullets, and targets

I *never* saw the orange folder until the other day, and again today. All that I saw on the bottom of the screen was "open topic" and "closed topic" (I might be off on the wording, but its very close). Basically, I only saw two folders, not three.

Oh well, at least my life is a whole lot easier now! :)
