Hi all, new here.

I went to the range today to shoot about 500 rounds.

Came home to clean my gun, took slide off and was blowing out the junk that lives in the grip with some solvent.

Gave the frame a quick shake to knock off the excess and heard a metal piece hit the ground.

found it, and after about 45 mins trying to find where it came from finally did.

It looks like the metal ill call them "floaters" that sit inside the poly carb frame to give the slide something to slide and move over broke in half.

pictures:

this is the piece that broke off:

and ehre is where it broke off from:

you can see the normal looking one on the opposite side in the above picture.

Please help me here, how do i go about getting this replaced/repaired? contact cz? contact gunsmith? order part and fix myself? (i looked already but cant find a part number for this, and seems to be "embedded" in the frame.

i love this pistol so really any help is appreciated, sorry if this is in the wrong section.

Thanks!

Frame rail broke. Not repairable. Call the importer for CZ and ask for instructions to return it for replacement.

CZ seems to have an excellent reputation for customer service, and you can legally send the gun yourself directly to them for "repair or replacement."

Give 'em a call.
