British Gun Laws

In a recent discussion about gun laws in the UK/Australia, we realized that noone in the dicussion had any real facts. Can anyone provide a link to the facts of the British "Firearms act of 1997" and/or related rules? I know that there is proposed airgun restriction but I haven't been able to find fact-based background.

As much as we complain about having 20,000 gun laws, the brits are showing that you just need one:

"You can't own guns."

proximo,

Thanks. It's always the search engine you don't try, isn't it? :o

Hey, I'd given up on most of the search engines until I found Google.com because there are just to many hits anymore for a dumb keyword search. Now, I always start at google. Their search engine uses an algorithm that is very accurate compared to the rest of the crowd. It sorts things such that I can usually find the thing I'm looking for in the first page or two.
