I'm not sure where else to ask this.

I live in Canada, Alberta, Edmonton.

My 1993 van(ford) was leaking oil and we had to go bring it to the garage. They fixed it. Then I drove it for a while then the motor over heated and now I need to replace the motor.

The mecanics at the garage said they problebly pinshed a hose. That's why it over heated. But I am stuck to pay for a new motor myself.

How much will it cost to bring this in court?

And how can I bring this in court?

I'm only 21 years old and I never did this before.

This is a firearms forum. I don't think you're going to get much legal help here. I suggest calling a lawyer in your local phone book. You can usually get a short free consultation.

Welcome to The Firing Line, Dominic. :)

Like Quartus said above, this thread doesn't really fit in here. I, too, would advise you to consult a local attorney.

Good luck!
