Brass shotgun shells

so with the plastic kind you just fold the end in. How does brass work? How do you keep the shot from falling out?

There is a product for the ends. Its like a wax coated cardboard plug, you can seal the ends with a small amount of melted wax and a brush.

I have a couple of old brass shotshells in my collection. The used an "overshot" card that usually had the shot size stamped on the card too. The ones I have actually have a very small roll crimp and I understand they used a product called "water glass" to further seal the wads.

Can anyone post pics. I've never seen brass shotgun shells, fired or unfired.
Inquiring minds would like to know.

You can buy them from MidwayUSA and Cabelas and several other places. Magtech makes one brand that I know of. I have seen them in 12, 20, and .410 gauge for sale.

These are the common gauges to be sure but I'd like to have some in 10ga. Anyone know of the existence of any?
