As you know, we can find trade name and brand code with the "NCIC Gun data code". I'm just trying to understand what mean "EM" code country.
Is someone can help me ?

I found some evidence that EM is the NCIC Country Code for East Germany, as distinguished from the code for Germany which is GE and the code for West Germany which is WG.
Technically, East Germany was named the German Democratic Republic or GDR / Deutsche Demokratische Republik or DDR
