Oh my goodness it's Brad Pittsssss turn on the media circus news wagon. I think he likes it too? Anyhow, he says the US needs to do more and so do the big rich 8 countries of the world. I was shocked that they did mention the president has sent lots of cash to that country for AIDS medications and other related issues. That much is true and seemed fair to report.
I think that a noble offering and assistance is and continues to flow from this country as I write. It seems whatever the taxpayer sends is never enough, is it? The big tidal wave back around Christmas is proof to that. The world was so up in arms and upset. The U.S. should do more and more and more. Yet, here in the good Ole USA the amount of citizens needing help hasn't gotten smaller either. I guess my traditional upbringing has taught me to take care of home and family and neighbors before I turn into the Salvation Army. I know saying that will rub a few wrong but that is how I feel. It is tragic and sad the amount of persons that die in Africa everyday with AIDS and related illness. Should we do more? I guess that is true but maybe we should start right at home first?
