BPS problem

I have a BPS that I use as a back-up gun. I used it to shoot ducks last week and after a few rounds it started kicking out the live round out of the magazine into the water as I pumped a round into the chamber. I clean it real good and it still is doing the same thing. Any ideas? Anyone had this issue?
 
How's the spring tension on the shell stop? Maybe just needs a replacement if the stop itself isn't worn or out of alignmnet.
